Ten years after retirement Jürgen Engel has no laboratory fascilitaties but only an office place at the Biozentrum. He still enjoys collaborations with some members oft the Biozentrum and the group of Hans Peter Bächinger at Shriners Hospital for Children in Portland Oregon.
